1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under these conditions:

Return Window – Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition – Products must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Original Packaging – Luxury handbags and accessories must be returned in original dust bags, boxes, or protective wrapping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-tailored clothing & personalized accessories (e.g., monogrammed bags, engraved jewelry).
  • Final Sale & Clearance Items (unless defective).
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, undergarments).

2. Refund Process

🔄 How Refunds Are Issued
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued via:

💳 Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
🎁 Store credit (optional for future purchases).

🚨 Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


3. Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
