  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

🌍 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – $9.99 (Free for orders over $300).
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days – $29.99.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day – $49.99.

✈️ International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days – $39.99.
  • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days – $69.99.

🚨 Note: Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes as per local regulations.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use it to track your package in real time via our Order Tracking Portal.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
  • High-value orders may require signature upon delivery for security reasons.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs clearance issues.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact info@vexokitscity.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a carrier claim or offer a replacement solution.
